Ad Hoc Committee Meeting Notes 3/18/24 Meeting called to order quorum present Discussion: 1. Co-chairs were appointed unanimously by committee members 2. Communication platforms and Standards of Practice for ad hoc committee were agreed upon unanimously by committee members 3. Future meeting dates set 4. Format for how ad hoc committee will share questions and requests for information and for requests of people to hear from determined. 5. Format determined on how full SHAC members can submit to the Ad hoc committee their questions, considerations, or additional information requests. Submission format will be presented at the Full SHAC meeting on 3/20/24 during the Ad hoc Committee update, as well as an additional email will be sent to each full SHAC member with instructions. 6. Ad hoc committee members will work on Board of Trustee request for which teachers/ staff should be surveyed and what questions should be asked. Next Steps/ Action Items: 1. Ad hoc committee members will submit above work by 3/22/24 so that committee may discuss at next meeting on 3/25/24.
